Background information: The "reelection" of Bush is NOT a done deal. Our laws provide for a popular election. From this vote, a slate of electors vote at the electoral college on December 13. These results are given to the house and senate to approve on January 6th. The senators and representatives have the option of accepting or rejecting the electoral college recommendation.

When the final tally came in for 2000, Gore won. Had one senator protested the vote in 2000 until a final tally was held, Gore would be president, and we would not be in the mess we are now.

 ENSURE THAT EVERY VOTE IS COUNTED BEFORE THE ELECTION RESULTS ARE ACCEPTED AS VALID

We have the opportunity to stop the automatic appointment of Bush in 2004 on the basis of election irregularities around the country and particularly in Ohio. Until all of these charges of fraud have been investigated, the house and senate should withhold their acceptance. Several representatives and senators are considering this move.

Ask Senator Barbara Boxer to Stand Up and Support an Election Investigation
Questions are swirling around whether the election was conducted honestly or not. We need to know -- was it or wasn't it?

When Congress reconvenes in January, at least 14 members of the House of Representatives will challenge the validity of the 2004 election. They will request an immediate investigation into many problems and irregularities encountered in the election.

According to the Electoral Count Act of 1887, one senator and one House Representative are required to contest an election prior to inauguration. We have the representatives; we still need a senator. Please let Senator Barbara Boxer know that we want her to be that senator.
